
Consumer Information
The Higher Education Act of 1965 requires colleges and universities to provide prospective and current students, parents, guidance counselors, coaches, and the public access to certain information that they are entitled to as consumers.

Student Loan Information
- Exit Counseling for Student Borrowers

- You must now login to “My Federal Student Aid” to access your NSLDS information. (For student loan borrowers and parent loan borrowers of Title IV Student Loan, Howard Community College is required to submit loan information to the National Student Loan Data System (NSLDS), and this information may be accessed by guaranty agencies, lenders, and institutions who are authorized users of the data system.)

Health and Safety
- Drug and Alcohol Prevention Policy
- Annual Security Report - This report can be accessed by visiting Public Safety Forms and Reports page and clicking on Campus Crime Annual Report to view the report. Individuals may also request a paper copy of the report by calling the Department of Public Safety at 443-518-5500.
- Sexual Misconduct Policy
- Vaccination Policies - Although general admission to Howard Community College does not require a complete health history, students entering certain Nursing and Allied Health programs will be required to submit a health form and proof of certain vaccination, immunization and other requirements in order to progress through the program. Necessary forms and information can be found here.
- Lactation Room - The Wellness Center makes every effort to accommodate breastfeeding and nursing mothers when they return to campus. Students are invited to pump in a private, relaxing atmosphere.
