No, you do not have to pay the collection agency directly. Paying 棋完美视讯 directly will update your account quicker. As the payment is being made with us, we do not have to confirm and/or wait for reporting from the collection agency.

The collection fee is the cost of recovery on delinquent accounts that is charged to 棋完美视讯 by the outside collection agencies. It is an additional charge of up to 25% of the outstanding balance which is added to your student account.

Failure to attend classes does not release a student from financial obligations to the college. It is the students responsibility to drop their courses as there is no guarantee that you would be dropped for non-payment. 

For credit classes, students must officially drop a credit class before the deadline. During 15-week terms (fall and spring): Students are eligible for a graduated tuition refund: 100 percent of tuition, the consolidated fee, and course fees by the end of the first week; 50 percent of tuition and consolidated fee only by the end of the second week. During the third week, students may still drop a class but are not eligible for refunds.

During summer, winter or other variable time sessions (late start, fast track, express classes, etc): Students are eligible for graduated refunds during the first few days of a section. During this period, students are eligible for a refund of either 100 percent of all tuition, the consolidated fee, and course fees or 50 percent of tuition and consolidated fee only. After the posted refund period for these sections, students are not eligible for refunds.

For noncredit classes, in most instances, if we receive notification before a class begins, you will receive 100 percent of tuition and fees (exceptions are noted in specific course descriptions). Once a class starts, tuition (not fees) is refunded. Refunds are not available after a class has ended.

Students who make payments directly to 棋完美视讯 using credit/debit card, cash, and/or money order will have their hold removed right away. Check payments are held for 10 business days to allow clearance of the payment. Once the check payment has cleared, the hold will be removed.

Collections accounts will generally stay on your credit report for up to seven years from the date they first became delinquent. Even after a satisfaction and release has been generated, a satisfied judgment remains on a person's credit report for seven years. In other words, reporting agencies will not remove the history of the judgment once it's been paid. 棋完美视讯 does not have the ability to remove the collection from your credit report.

• Collections has a negative effect on your credit score. As soon as a collections account is reported to the credit bureaus, you’ll see an immediate drop in your credit score. How much the collections account will impact your credit depends on your credit score range. A collections account will have a more significant impact on a credit score in the 700s than one in the 500s.

• Debt may continue to generate interest

• Collection agency may file lawsuit against you

• Collectors will continue to contact you

• Credit report will show as unpaid

• Tax refunds can be intercepted

• Open collections make it difficult or impossible to receive additional credit (for example, car and home purchases)
